I have been looking for more information on meditation to help manage fibromyalgia symptoms and today I came across this FREE guided meditation mp3 download on Amazon. I have not had a chance to listen it yet, so I can't vouch for how good or bad it is, but I figure it's worth a shot. What have you got to lose?
