If you have ever had really bad sinus problems or severe congestion you probably already know what a neti pot is, but for those of you that don't a neti pot is a way to rinse out your sinuses. It basically looks like (and well kind of is) a teapot for your nose. Right now NeilMed is giving them away for FREE if you like them on Facebook.
