Book Review: 21 Day Weight Loss Kickstart

Have you been looking for ways to revamp your lifestyle? To eat healthier foods? To integrate more vegetables? To lose weight? Well that's what I've learned a lot about in Dr. Barnard's "21 Day Weight Loss Kickstart."


 This book is packed with essential information on taking a healthy approach to weight loss and making strides in the right direction for lifestyle changes. Dr. Barnard teaches you how to substitute sugary, craving foods with healthy alternatives. It shows you how to restructure your diet to include more produce to make tasty dishes. And the best part is no calorie counting! These dishes are balanced and will help you jumpstart your metabolism and put you on the path to achieving your goal weight. The recipes are provided for you! Dr. Barnard also explores how these dietary changes can not only help your metabolism, but can also make a healthy impact on diabetes and high cholesterol.

I am certainly going to be putting the knowledge in this book to practice. I'll check-in at the end of the month and let you know how it's gone. AND I'll try to show you how to create some of these easy recipes using coupons and on a budget!
