Shutterfly's Wonderful Customer Service

So as you all know from my other posts, I love Shutterfly's products and have used them many times. Today I received the shipment of my wedding albums in the mail. We ordered six albums (after we ordered 1 a few weeks ago as a trial run). When I got the albums I opened them up to check them to make sure they looked as good as the first one. Five of them were fine, but there was a cutting error on one of them leaving about an 1/8'' of white at the bottom of our black pages.

Shutterfly has a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so I called their customer service line. It took a couple of minutes to figure out the right way to get a representative on the line, but once I did she was wonderful. She asked for my order number first as a reference and then asked me the reason for the call. I explained to her that I ordered 6 photobooks of my wedding album and that the one had the white at the bottom of the page. She then immediately responded with an apology and telling me that they would put in an order for a replacement right away. She asked if she could put me on hold while she did that. When she came back on the line she told me that an order had been entered for a replacement photobook to be printed and shipped at no cost to me and that I would receive a confirmation email. I received the confirmation email just seconds later.

This is why I keep going back to Shutterfly. Not only are their products affordable and of a great quality, when there is any kind of error their customer service is fantastic. Great job Shutterfly!

CrazyDog T-shirts

Who doesn't love a funny t-shirt? Seriously, when you are walking down the street and someone's t-shirt gives you a laugh it brightens your day a little bit. And I don't know about you, but I always wonder where the heck people find some of those hilarious shirts. My bet is that they find them a CrazyDog T-shirts and if it's not where their getting them, they should definitely check it out.

I was given the opportunity to do a review for Crazy Dog T-shirts and my husband and I are now hooked. I received this t-shirt to review:

My first thought when I pulled the shirt out of the packing (which was a plastic envelope that appeared to be weatherproof), my immediate thought was how soft the shirt was! A lot of t-shirts that I've bought for my husband in the past have had a coarse or rough feel to them, but this shirt was great to the touch. I was also impressed by the quality of the fabric. The shirt was not too heavy, but it was by no means to thin either. It was the perfect medium of thickness for a comfortable t-shirt that can work well either by itself or layered under an open-button down shirt or hoodie. The fabric was a soft cotton fabric that looks like it will hold up well after many washes. 

The slogan/image was creative and funny. The real test of the humor was when I showed it to some of my guys friends and they were immediately asking me where it came from.  The design work on the shirt was well done. Many times when you buy a shirt you can tell that the printing or screening will crack or the quality will deteriorate with washing, but that's not the case with this shirt. The quality was great. The shirt also ran true to size and fit well on my husband's broad shouldered build.

We cannot wait to go back and order t-shirts from CrazyDog. Their selection of shirts has everything you can think of: funny shirts, vintage shirts, and shirts with inside jokes from your favorite movies. They carry a large variety of styles and sizes for men, women, kids, and even your dog! They also have shirts that would be hard to find anywhere else. There is really something for everyone here.

Free Renuzit Cone

If you go to the Renuzit page on Facebook and like them you can print a coupon for a free Renuzit home air freshener cone. Be sure to check out their holiday scents. I love these!

Despite what the facebook page says, the coupon is not actually "1 Free Cone" it is a $1/1 coupon. However, the cones are on sale at Safeway for $0.87 right now and are usually only about $1 at Walmart.

As a heads up, there was some trouble with their website earlier but it is working now. If you have any problems they have the email to contact them at in their status.

Shutterfly Holiday Cards

I love Shutterfly's products! We used them to print out wedding albums, wedding announcement cards, and for various other photo prints over the years. The quality never ceases to surprise me and the affordability is what keeps me coming back.

This year I am very excited to be using Shutterfly to get our first holiday cards to send out! They have hundreds of cute designs for Christmas cards so picking just one is proving to be really difficult, but I really like the Sweet and Retro Christmas Card pictured below. I can already picture a black and white photo to insert to accent the color and retro feel of this adorable card.
