To get this deal you'll need 2 coupons both of which are available on All You website's coupon section. Put in your zip code (I used 20016) and then go to personal care.

You will find one coupon for $1 off 1 New York Color Nail Polish (redeemable only at Target)

Then when you go a few pages further in, you will find a MFQ for $1 off any NYC Color product of $1.72 or more.

This should make the nail polish free, or very cheap! And if you use your back button you should be able to print them twice, scoring you 2!
